Shut the Front Door!

This new door came to us locally from Rogue Valley Door. Dustin does some of their marketing and design work. In trade, we scored this beautiful new front door. Dustin was committed to get it in for our guest to enter through for my birthday party!

My 33rd Birthday Morning (that was in March)

Yes. That is an espresso mousse inside of a demi cup made of chocolate. It took me over a week to finish it. But I did. Oh, I did.

Alden and Dustin are very good at remembering my special day. Tuesday birthday's can be a little boring but they make it fun!


Each year just gets better and better. Aside from some physical marks of age (hello, boobs gazing all cross-eyed at my gut), I'm feeling stronger and wiser each year.
